TPCA strives to promote a healthy balance between school and your personal life; this is why our academy runs on a 4-day workweek.

Part-time: 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Is work or life matters getting in the way of your dream job? Our Flex-Schedule is an alternative to the schedules above. This schedule provides you with some flexibility to create your own schedule, so long as you complete 15-hours per week.
Program emphasis includes, but is not limited to:
Mentoring: To be a successful educator is to be a great mentor and know the responsibilities that come with the title. As a student instructor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and mentor our students, respective to your current license(s), to see how your mentoring skills have progressed through the program.
Goal Setting: As a future educator, teaching students how to reach their goals is an important aspect of teaching. That is why it is a heavy focus in our curriculum.
Culture Training: Presenting information to students is the easy part of being an educator, but creating a conducive learning environment can be difficult. You will learn how to foster creative learning.
One-on-One Coaching: Feedback is a gift. As a student instructor, you will receive one-on-one coaching sessions with an educator who is eager to help you improve your communication and mentoring skills.
And much more!
